Los ganadores del Certificado de Excelencia son aquellos establecimientos de todo el mundo que ofrecen a sus clientes una experiencia de calidad superior.

El Certificado de Excelencia tiene en cuenta la calidad, la cantidad y lo recientes que sean las opiniones de los viajeros enviadas a TripAdvisor en un periodo de 12 meses. Para ello, los negocios deben mantenerse en una puntuación mínima general de cuatro puntos sobre cinco, así como tener un número mínimo de opiniones y un perfil de TripAdvisor cuya antigüedad sea de 12 meses como mínimo.

The Certificate of Excellence takes into consideration the quality, quantity and how recent are the reviews given by travelers at TripAdvisor within a period of 12 months. For that, the businesses must maintain an overall minimum score of four points out of five, they have to receive a minimum number of opinions and need to have a profile at TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
